Produced by Electric Palms, BAMP Project, and Palm Tree Crew, Palm Tree Music Festival, Hawaii is a two-day outdoor event on Oahu, North Shore, Hawaii.
The main entrance to the festival is located on the west side of the festival grounds, a short walk from the shuttle and rideshare dropoff points.
Please note there are separate lines for GA, VIP, and Palm Club ticketholders.

DRIVING & PARKING:
If you plan to drive, please be sure to purchase a Parking Pass ahead of time. Limited festival parking is located near the shuttle and rideshare dropoff. Additional parking can be found south of the festival grounds.
Overnight parking is not permitted. Lots open at 3PM and close at 12AM following the festival.
RIDESHARE:
If you plan to use a rideshare service, please schedule your ride in advance to avoid extended wait times. Rideshare is limited on the island and we recommend shuttles or carpooling.
When scheduling your ride, please use the below coordinates in the Uber/Lyft apps as your drop off/pick up location. This will ensure your drop off/pick up is as close as possible to the event gates!

This reservation is subject to a strict No Refund, No Cancellation policy, unless you choose booking protection during check-out on the platform.
For those only attending the Festival, we recommend ride share to travel to the Festival Site as parking is limited. If you are planning on parking please purchase your pass ahead of time via See Tickets.
If you are purchasing a package with rooms, parking on site at The Ritz-Carlton O'ahu, Turtle Bay is available.
If you need to visit the box office or retrieve will call tickets, please find the box office tent next to the main entrance of the festival. The tent will be marked with signage.
The box office will open at 4PM each day.
The box office accepts cash only for ticket purchases on-site. Unless otherwise noted we are SOLD OUT of Friday tickets, and none will be available for purchase at the box office,
Do not remove or tamper with your two-day wristbands! You’ll need them to enter on both days of the event.
Your ticket will be scanned each day upon entry and wristbands will be issued accordingly once your ticket is successfully scanned.
If you purchased a VIP upgrade, please bring your upgrade ticket with you directly to the VIP entry line. You will not need to visit the box office.
There are no ins and outs (once you scan your ticket and enter the festival you cannot exit and re-enter the same day).
This is a cashless festival - please plan accordingly (debit, credit, and Apple Pay is accepted).

Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to camera bags, coolers, backpacks, duffel bags, and luggage of any kind. Permitted bags include: cinch sacks, small backpacks, fanny packs and purses, and may not exceed 12" x 12". Any deviation from this policy must be pre-approved by the festival. Make-up that disfigures the face of the guest and is not compatible with a valid government issued photo ID picture will not receive a wristband and will not be allowed to buy or consume alcoholic beverages while on property.
